About the ACA Memorial
The ACA Memorial Park on the southeast corner of the intersection between Clinton and Front Street was conceived and brought into being by the families of those killed during the tragedy on April 3, 2009 in Binghamton, NY. Over the ensuing years since its construction in 2013 this unique and thoughtful memorial, with its’ illuminated glass column and bird sculptures has become an integral part of the Binghamton landscape.
The intent of the Park Committee was to establish a fund for the long term preservation of the park, and as we approach the 10th anniversary we have acted on this intent in partnership with the Community Foundation. The fund is intended to create an endowment to help defray the expense of maintaining the Park as time passes.
Please join us in making a donation to establish this endowment and preserve this unique work of art and remembrance for future generations to appreciate.
